Jenkintown Holiday Lights Ride 2023 – Dec. 23rd @ 4:30pm – Rollout 4:50-5:00pm –
Cedar Street Moretti Park – 435 Cedar St.
Let’s light up the night in Jenkintown for our first no drop pace holiday family group bike ride! All ages, all levels, all abilities welcome. Helmets are required to join, deck your ride (and self) out in lights or decorations is recommended! No training wheels or balance bikes to keep the group safe.
- Donations for Jenkintown Food Cupboard – We’ll be collecting cash to donate to JFC, so please bring your giving spirit!
- Have a chat over hot cocoa and pretzels with your neighbors after!

More details / FAQs
- We will have experienced safety marshals at front and back of the group. Please have your party listen closely to their instructions.
- Please DO NOT go ahead of the group leads or behind the last marshal.
- Parents – Please keep a close eye on your children if they are riding adjacent to you and ensure they take the hills very slowly. Safety is our biggest concern!
- DRESS WARM, temperature right now looks to be in the lower 40s and practice riding with gloves if you haven’t!
- Route– We are intentionally taking smaller, less busy streets for safety reasons. About 1.8 miles total. See route map.
- Ensure your bike is in good working order prior to the event.
- Event will be canceled with rain or ice.
